Life at Revolv Space

  • A typical day

    A usual day starts around 8:30-9:30 and ends around 18:00-18:30. However, we keep flexible working hours. This means that you can organize your work as you please, keeping your colleagues informed and making sure to attend all meetings on time. Usually we take a lunch break together at 13:00.

  • Your place in the team

    You will be onboarded by Olek (COO) and your team lead. Your team lead will be your point of contact for matters related to your responsibilities. Olek will be your point of contact for anything else. Nevertheless, don't be afraid of asking other people in the open space for help or advise - it is a very easy and efficient way of getting to know the team!

  • Company activities

    We care a lot about building a community both internally and externally. For this reason, we organize a weekly ApeRevolv (the Revolv version of an aperitivo) and two annual team retreats for a few days. Spontaneous propositions to hang out are always welcome!

  • Remote work

    Occasional remote working is allowed as long as it does not interfere with your responsibilities.

  • Feedback

    We implement various types of feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement for you and and the company. Your can expect direct feedback from your team mates and you will be expected to offer your feedback regularly too.
