You’ll complete a practical exercise related to the role of your internship (approx. 60 minutes) to showcase your skills and approach to problem-solving.

A 45 minute Google Meet interview with Gaia (our HR Manager) and your potential supervisor will follow. 

We wanna hear all about your journey, motivation, and ambitions. We also wanna assess your general knowledge for the position, but more importantly, we wanna understand how you think. We encourage out-loud reasoning and discussion, as we’re more interested in your problem-solving process than a straight-up answer.

If you’re applying for a procurement role, for example, we'll ask about how you would solve real-life challenges of the role, focusing on how you reason, make assumptions and draw conclusions. 

We will also follow up and dive deeper in the take-home challenge, so be ready to explain your reasoning.

If all goes well, we’ll extend a final offer and officially welcome you to the Revolv Space team!

You will be onboarded by Olek (our COO), Gaia (our HR Manager), and your supervisor. Your supervisor will be your point of contact for matters related to your responsibilities. Olek and Gaia will be your point of contact for anything else. Nevertheless, don't be afraid of asking other people in the open space for help or advice - it is a very easy and efficient way of getting to know the team!
