We are hiring a Sales and Business Development Manager who will work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer to boost sales of our small-satellite components towards both commercial and institutional customers. In this role, you will have an impact on shaping the sales, marketing and product strategies. The ideal candidate will have led sales cycles, particularly with satellite manufacturers as the customer, and will be able to act independently from lead generation and account management to securing sales contracts.
Location: Turin, Italy
Starting date: January-May 2026
Responsibilities:
account management;
lead generation and qualification;
attendance to industry events (travels involved);
Bid management and related coordination with the engineering team;
participation in the product strategy.
Requirements:
3-5 years in sales of aerospace and/or defense products (ideally of satellite hardware
STEM / technical background;
ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles independently;
excellent interpersonal and account management skills;
outstanding business intelligence skills;
profound knowledge of the satellite market (nice-to-have);
In-depth understanding of satellite technology (nice-to-have);
familiarity with CRMs and MS Excel;
fluent use of English.
